in force(Involuntary) medical treatment
If the application of the treatment referred to in Article 34, paragraph 2, exceeds a duration of two weeks, the head of the institution shall appoint a committee consisting of at least one department head, a psychiatrist, a physician, and a psychologist.
The committee referred to in the first paragraph shall issue an opinion to the head of the institution regarding the continuation of the involuntary treatment within two days after the period referred to in the first paragraph and, if the involuntary treatment is continued for a longer period, every two weeks.
Indien de toepassing van de behandeling, bedoeld in artikel 34, tweede lid, de duur van twee weken te boven gaat, wordt door het hoofd van de inrichting een commissie samengesteld bestaande uit ten minste een afdelingshoofd, een psychiater, een arts en een psycholoog.
De in het eerste lid bedoelde commissie brengt binnen twee dagen na de in het eerste lid bedoelde termijn en, indien de onvrijwillige behandeling langer wordt voortgezet, om de twee weken, advies uit aan het hoofd van de inrichting over de voortzetting van die behandeling.
