A person in respect of whom the enforcement of a custodial sentence is taking place within the institution shall participate in an education and training programme, if:
the juvenile has served at least two-thirds of the irrevocable custodial sentence imposed upon him, and
the remaining term of imprisonment is at least three months.
The education and training programme, as referred to in the first paragraph, has a maximum duration of three months.
Een persoon ten aanzien van wie de tenuitvoerlegging van een vrijheidsstraf in de inrichting plaatsvindt, neemt deel aan een scholings- en trainingsprogramma, indien:
de jeugdige tenminste tweederde van de hem opgelegde onherroepelijke vrijheidsstraf heeft ondergaan, en
het strafrestant minimaal drie maanden bedraagt.
Het scholings- en trainingsprogramma, bedoeld in het eerste lid, heeft een maximale duur van drie maanden.
