The implementation of Article 78 also includes the systematic monitoring, control, and improvement of the quality of the stay.
In implementation of the first paragraph, the institution shall, tailored to the nature and scale of the establishment, ensure:
the systematic collection and registration of data concerning the quality of the stay in a work plan;
to systematically assess, on the basis of the data referred to under (a), to what extent the manner of implementation of Article 78 leads to a responsible stay;
amending, where necessary, the manner in which Article 78 is implemented, based on the outcome of the assessment referred to under (b).
Het uitvoeren van artikel 78 omvat mede de systematische bewaking, beheersing en verbetering van de kwaliteit van het verblijf.
Ter uitvoering van het eerste lid draagt de inrichting, afgestemd op de aard en omvang van de instelling, zorg voor:
het op systematische wijze verzamelen en registreren van gegevens betreffende de kwaliteit van het verblijf in een werkplan;
het aan de hand van de gegevens, bedoeld onder a, op systematische wijze toetsen in hoeverre de wijze van uitvoering van artikel 78 leidt tot een verantwoord verblijf;
het op basis van de uitkomst van de toetsing, bedoeld onder b, zo nodig veranderen van de wijze waarop artikel 78 wordt uitgevoerd.
