If Our Minister is of the opinion that Articles 77 up to and including 79 are not being complied with, or are not being complied with to a sufficient extent or in an incorrect manner, he may issue a written instruction to the director.
In the instruction, Our Minister shall describe, with reasons, the points on which Articles 77 up to and including 79 are not being complied with, or are being complied with to an insufficient extent or in an incorrect manner, as well as the measures to be taken in connection therewith.
The instruction shall contain a time limit within which the director must comply with it. The director is obliged to comply with the instruction within the time limit set for that purpose.
Indien Onze Minister van oordeel is dat de artikelen 77 tot en met 79 niet of in onvoldoende mate of op onjuiste wijze worden nageleefd, kan hij de directeur een schriftelijke aanwijzing geven.
In de aanwijzing omschrijft Onze Minister met redenen omkleed de punten waarop de artikelen 77 tot en met 79 niet of in onvoldoende mate of op onjuiste wijze worden nageleefd, alsmede de in verband daarmee te nemen maatregelen.
De aanwijzing bevat een termijn waarbinnen de directeur eraan moet voldoen. De directeur is verplicht binnen de daartoe gestelde termijn aan de aanwijzing te voldoen.
