Pursuant to regulations or rules based on Article 47, paragraph 1, a derogation from Articles 48j up to and including 48o may be made in favour of the police officer who has reached the age referred to in Article 48j, paragraph 1.
Bij voorschriften of regels op grond van artikel 47, eerste lid, kan ten gunste van de ambtenaar van politie die de in 48j, eerste lid, bedoelde leeftijd heeft bereikt, van de artikelen 48j tot en met 48o worden afgeweken.
