Our Minister shall distribute the strength and resources among the units of the police, as referred to in Article 25, paragraph 1. In doing so, he shall determine which part of the strength is effectively made available to the Police Education Council (politieonderwijsraad) pursuant to Article 83, paragraph 1, and which part of the strength and resources is effectively made available to the Police Academy (Politieacademie) pursuant to Article 96, paragraph 1.
Rules regarding this division shall be established by or pursuant to an Order in Council.
The recommendation for an Order in Council to be established pursuant to this Article shall not be submitted until four weeks after the draft has been presented to both Houses of the States General.
Onze Minister verdeelt de sterkte en middelen over de onderdelen van de politie, bedoeld in artikel 25, eerste lid. Hij bepaalt daarbij welk deel van de sterkte op grond van artikel 83, eerste lid, feitelijk ter beschikking wordt gesteld aan de politieonderwijsraad en welk deel van de sterkte en middelen op grond van artikel 96, eerste lid, feitelijk ter beschikking wordt gesteld aan de Politieacademie.
Bij of krachtens algemene maatregel van bestuur worden regels gesteld over deze verdeling.
De voordracht voor een krachtens dit artikel vast te stellen algemene maatregel van bestuur wordt niet eerder gedaan dan vier weken nadat het ontwerp aan beide kamers der Staten-Generaal is overgelegd.
