Our Minister shall annually establish a management plan and an annual report for the police. The Chief of Police shall draft a proposal for a management plan and a proposal for an annual report.
The management plan shall in any event contain the classification of the units as referred to in Article 25, paragraph 1, under a, into districts and basic teams.
The mayors of the municipalities in the area in which the regional unit performs its police duties and the chief public prosecutor shall be heard by the chief of police regarding the organisation of the regional unit and the size of its constituent parts.
The annual report shall include a description of the implementation of the management plan and a description of the activities realised by the regional and national units for the achievement of the national policy objectives referred to in Article 18.
Onze Minister stelt jaarlijks een beheersplan en een jaarverslag vast voor de politie. De korpschef stelt een ontwerp van een beheersplan en een ontwerp van een jaarverslag op.
Het beheersplan bevat in ieder geval de indeling van de eenheden als bedoeld in artikel 25, eerste lid, onder a, in districten en basisteams.
De burgemeesters van de gemeenten in het gebied waarin de regionale eenheid zijn politietaak uitvoert en de hoofdofficier van justitie worden door de korpschef gehoord over de indeling van de regionale eenheid en de omvang van de onderdelen ervan.
Het jaarverslag omvat een omschrijving van de realisatie van het beheersplan en een omschrijving van de door de regionale en landelijke eenheden gerealiseerde activiteiten ter verwezenlijking van de landelijke beleidsdoelstellingen, bedoeld in artikel 18.
