Our Minister shall annually establish an annual account of the police, which also pertains to the accountability regarding the lawfulness of the expenditure of funds and which is accompanied by an auditor's report regarding the accuracy of the annual account, issued by an accountant as referred to in Article 393, paragraph 1, of Book 2 of the Civil Code. The Chief of Police shall draw up a draft of an annual account.
Onze Minister stelt jaarlijks een jaarrekening vast van de politie, die mede betrekking heeft op de verantwoording van de rechtmatigheid van de besteding van middelen en die vergezeld gaat van een verklaring omtrent de getrouwheid van de jaarrekening, afgegeven door een accountant als bedoeld in artikel 393, eerste lid, van Boek 2 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek. De korpschef stelt een ontwerp van een jaarrekening op.
