The supervisory authority shall, in coordination with the competent authorities of the Member State whose social and labour law relevant to the field of occupational pension schemes is applicable to the pension scheme, take the necessary measures to ensure that a pension fund puts an end to an established infringement of the applicable regulations.
De toezichthouder neemt, in coördinatie met de bevoegde autoriteiten van de lidstaat waarvan de voor bedrijfspensioenvoorziening geldende sociale en arbeidswetgeving van toepassing is op de pensioenregeling, de nodige maatregelen om ervoor te zorgen dat een pensioenfonds een einde maakt aan een vastgestelde inbreuk op de toepasselijke regelgeving.
