Article 199

A pension institution from another Member State is prohibited from accepting contributions from a contributing undertaking having its seat in the Netherlands without:
an authorisation granted for that purpose by the competent authorities of the Member State where the pension institution from another Member State has its seat; and
to have notified the competent authorities of the Member State where the pension institution has its seat of the intention to manage a pension scheme for a contributing undertaking established in the Netherlands.
Het is een pensioeninstelling uit een andere lidstaat verboden bijdragen te aanvaarden van een in Nederland zetel hebbende bijdragende onderneming zonder:
een daartoe verleende vergunning van de bevoegde autoriteiten van de lidstaat waar de pensioeninstelling uit een andere lidstaat haar zetel heeft; en
de bevoegde autoriteiten van de lidstaat waar de pensioeninstelling zetel heeft in kennis te hebben gesteld van het voornemen een pensioenregeling uit te voeren voor een in Nederland gevestigde bijdragende onderneming.
