The pension provider shall provide the pension beneficiary annually with:
a statement of his pension rights;
a statement of the accrued entitlements to a survivor's pension where the pension scheme provides for such;
insofar as applicable, information regarding the granting of supplements;
insofar as applicable, information regarding the reduction of pension entitlements and pension rights pursuant to Article 134;
information on guarantees; and
information regarding the country where the pension is held and the regulatory authority under whose supervision the pension falls.
The pension provider shall inform the pension beneficiary within three months after a change in the pension regulations relevant to him about that change and the possibility to request the amended pension regulations from the pension provider.
By or pursuant to an Order in Council (algemene maatregel van bestuur), rules shall be established regarding the statements and information referred to in the first paragraph and the manner in which these are provided.
De pensioenuitvoerder verstrekt de pensioengerechtigde jaarlijks:
een opgave van zijn pensioenrecht;
een opgave van de opgebouwde aanspraken op nabestaandenpensioen wanneer de pensioenregeling daarin voorziet;
voor zover van toepassing, informatie over toeslagverlening;
voor zover van toepassing, informatie over vermindering van pensioenaanspraken en pensioenrechten op grond van artikel 134;
informatie over garanties; en
informatie over het land waar het pensioen is ondergebracht en de toezichthouder waar het pensioen onder valt.
De pensioenuitvoerder informeert de pensioengerechtigde binnen drie maanden na een voor hem relevante wijziging in het pensioenreglement over die wijziging en de mogelijkheid om het gewijzigde pensioenreglement op te vragen bij de pensioenuitvoerder.
Bij of krachtens algemene maatregel van bestuur worden regels gesteld met betrekking tot de in het eerste lid bedoelde opgaven en informatie en de wijze waarop deze worden verstrekt.
