The pension provider shall provide the person who becomes the pension beneficiary with:
a statement of his pension rights;
a statement of the accrued entitlements to a survivor's pension where the pension scheme provides therefor;
insofar as applicable, information regarding the granting of supplements;
insofar as applicable, information regarding the reduction of pension entitlements and pension rights pursuant to Article 134; and
information which is of importance to the person becoming the pension beneficiary specifically in the context of the commencement of the pension.
By or pursuant to an Order in Council (algemene maatregel van bestuur), rules shall be established regarding the statements and information referred to in the first paragraph and the manner in which these are provided.
De pensioenuitvoerder verstrekt degene die pensioengerechtigde wordt:
een opgave van zijn pensioenrecht;
een opgave van de opgebouwde aanspraken op nabestaandenpensioen wanneer de pensioenregeling daarin voorziet;
voor zover van toepassing, informatie over toeslagverlening;
voor zover van toepassing, informatie over vermindering van pensioenaanspraken en pensioenrechten op grond van artikel 134; en
informatie die voor degene die pensioengerechtigde wordt specifiek in het kader van de pensioeningang van belang is.
Bij of krachtens algemene maatregel van bestuur worden regels gesteld met betrekking tot de in het eerste lid bedoelde opgaven en informatie en de wijze waarop deze worden verstrekt.
