The detainee has the right to recreation and daily stay in the open air, insofar as his health does not preclude this.
The director shall ensure that the detainee is afforded the opportunity to participate in recreational activities for at least six hours per week.

De gedetineerde heeft recht op recreatie en dagelijks verblijf in de buitenlucht, voor zover zijn gezondheid zich daar niet tegen verzet.
