In the event of a stay in an institution, the standard per calendar month shall be, if it concerns:
a single person or a single parent: € 449.44;
spouses: € 699.11.
The amount of the norm, referred to in the first paragraph, shall be increased by:
for a single person or a single parent € 47.00;
for spouses € 106.00.
If one of the spouses resides in an institution, the standard shall be the sum of the standards that would apply to each of them as a single person or a single parent.
Bij een verblijf in een inrichting is de norm per kalendermaand, indien het betreft:
een alleenstaande of een alleenstaande ouder: € 449,44;
gehuwden: € 699,11.
Het bedrag van de norm, bedoeld in het eerste lid, wordt verhoogd met:
voor een alleenstaande of een alleenstaande ouder € 47,00;
voor gehuwden € 106,00.
Indien een van de gehuwden in een inrichting verblijft, is de norm de som van de normen die voor ieder van hen als alleenstaande of alleenstaande ouder zouden gelden.
