On a television programme channel, the programme supply shall consist of European productions within the meaning of Article 1 of the European Directive for at least fifty percent of its duration.
In exceptional cases, the Commissariaat may grant a partial exemption from the first paragraph to a specific commercial media institution, on the understanding that the percentage may not be set lower than ten. The Commissariaat may attach conditions to an exemption.
Op een televisieprogrammakanaal bestaat het programma-aanbod voor ten minste vijftig procent van de duur uit Europese producties in de zin van artikel 1 van de Europese richtlijn.
Het Commissariaat kan in bijzondere gevallen ten aanzien van een bepaalde commerciële media-instelling gedeeltelijke ontheffing verlenen van het eerste lid, met dien verstande dat het percentage niet lager gesteld kan worden dan tien. Het Commissariaat kan aan een ontheffing voorschriften verbinden.
