Article 3.19b, paragraph 4, shall not apply to programme offerings containing product placement that have not been produced or commissioned by the commercial media institution, or by or on behalf of an undertaking affiliated with it.
Artikel 3.19b, vierde lid, is niet van toepassing op programma-aanbod met productplaatsing dat niet geproduceerd of besteld is door of in opdracht van de commerciële media-instelling dan wel door of in opdracht van een aan haar verbonden onderneming.
