The NPO, the RPO and the public media institutions shall not, in any of their activities, be conducive to the making of profit by third parties and shall demonstrate this upon request to the satisfaction of the Commissariaat.
The national public media institution that is a collaborative broadcaster shall ensure that the broadcasting associations it represents do not, through any of their activities, serve the purpose of profit-making by third parties, and shall demonstrate this to the satisfaction of the Media Authority upon request.
De NPO, de RPO en de publieke media-instellingen zijn met al hun activiteiten niet dienstbaar aan het maken van winst door derden en tonen dat desgevraagd naar genoegen van het Commissariaat aan.
De landelijke publieke media-instelling die samenwerkingsomroep is, draagt ervoor zorg dat de omroepverenigingen die hij vertegenwoordigt, met al hun activiteiten niet dienstbaar zijn aan het maken van winst door derden en tonen dat desgevraagd naar genoegen van het Commissariaat aan.
