At the public hearing, fixed pursuant to Article 335, paragraph 1, a report is presented by the delegated judge.
Each of the creditors in respect of whose claims the debt restructuring scheme applies may, in person, by written proxy or by an attorney, set forth the grounds on which he desires the homologation of a composition or opposes it.
The debtor is authorised to act in defence of his interests.
Op de openbare zitting, bepaald ingevolge artikel 335, eerste lid, wordt door de rechter-commissaris verslag uitgebracht.
Ieder van de schuldeisers ten aanzien van wier vorderingen de schuldsaneringsregeling werkt, kan in persoon, bij schriftelijk gemachtigde of bij advocaat de gronden uiteenzetten waarop hij de homologatie van een akkoord wenst of haar bestrijdt.
De schuldenaar is bevoegd tot verdediging van zijn belangen op te treden.
