The administrator shall, immediately after his appointment, provide for the safekeeping of the estate by all necessary and appropriate means. Unless the supervisory judge determines otherwise, the administrator shall take into his custody, against a receipt, the documents and other data carriers, moneys, jewelry, securities and other papers of value belonging to the estate, except insofar as the management thereof rests with the debtor pursuant to a decision as referred to in Article 296, paragraph 3.
De bewindvoerder zorgt, dadelijk na zijn benoeming, door alle nodige en gepaste middelen voor de bewaring van de boedel. Tenzij de rechter-commissaris anders bepaalt, neemt de bewindvoerder de tot de boedel behorende bescheiden en andere gegevensdragers, gelden, kleinodiën, effecten en andere papieren van waarde tegen ontvangstbewijs onder zich, behoudens voorzover het beheer daarover op grond van een beslissing als bedoeld in artikel 296, derde lid, toekomt aan de schuldenaar.
