The judge who pronounces the application of the debt restructuring scheme (schuldsaneringsregeling) may in this judgment also make provisions which he deems necessary for the protection of the interests of the creditors.
The supervisory judge may also do so while the debt restructuring scheme is applicable, upon the petition of the administrator or of one or more creditors, or ex officio.
De rechter die de toepassing van de schuldsaneringsregeling uitspreekt, kan in deze uitspraak tevens voorzieningen treffen die hij ter beveiliging van de belangen van de schuldeisers nodig oordeelt.
De rechter-commissaris kan dit ook terwijl de schuldsaneringsregeling van toepassing is op verzoek van de bewindvoerder of van één of meer schuldeisers dan wel ambtshalve.
