The bankruptcy trustee shall proceed as soon as possible to draw up an inventory of the bankrupt estate.
The inventory of the estate may be drawn up by private deed and the valuation may be carried out by the curator, all subject to the approval of the supervisory judge.
The members of the provisional creditors' committee are authorized to be present at the inventory.
De curator gaat zo spoedig mogelijk over tot het opmaken van een beschrijving des faillieten boedels.
De boedelbeschrijving kan ondershands worden opgemaakt en de waardering door de curator geschieden, een en ander onder goedkeuring van de rechter-commissaris.
De leden der voorlopige schuldeiserscommissie zijn bevoegd bij de beschrijving tegenwoordig te zijn.
