If, prior to the bankruptcy of the debtor, the execution against his assets had progressed to such an extent that the day of the sale had already been set, the bankruptcy trustee may, upon the authorization of the supervisory judge, allow the sale to proceed for the account of the estate.
Indien vóór het faillissement van de schuldenaar de uitwinning zijner goederen zo ver was gevorderd, dat de dag van de verkoop reeds was bepaald, kan de curator, op machtiging van de rechter-commissaris, de verkoop voor rekening van de boedel laten voortgaan.
