Article 31

If an action is continued by or against the bankruptcy trustee, or also, in the case of Article 29, against a creditor, the bankruptcy trustee or that creditor may invoke the nullity of acts performed by the debtor in the action prior to his declaration of bankruptcy, if it is proved that the latter knowingly prejudiced the creditors by those acts and that this was known to his opposing party.
Indien een geding door of tegen de curator, of ook in het geval van artikel 29 tegen een schuldeiser wordt voortgezet, kan door de curator of door die schuldeiser de nietigheid worden ingeroepen van handelingen, door de schuldenaar vóór zijn faillietverklaring in het geding verricht, zo bewezen wordt dat deze door die handelingen de schuldeisers desbewust heeft benadeeld en dat dit aan zijn tegenpartij bekend was.
