In derogation from Article 213o, the effects of a liquidation procedure on employment contracts and other legal relationships concerning the performance of work are exclusively governed by the law of the Member State which is applicable to that contract or legal relationship.
In afwijking van artikel 213o worden de gevolgen van een liquidatieprocedure voor arbeidsovereenkomsten en andere rechtsverhoudingen ter zake van het verrichten van arbeid uitsluitend beheerst door het recht van de lidstaat dat op die overeenkomst of rechtsverhouding van toepassing is.
