Notwithstanding Article 213o, the effects of a liquidation procedure on a contract conferring the right to the enjoyment or the acquisition of immovable property are governed exclusively by the law of the Member State on the territory of which the immovable property is situated.
In afwijking van artikel 213o worden de gevolgen van een liquidatieprocedure voor een overeenkomst die het recht geeft op het genot of de verkrijging van een onroerende zaak uitsluitend beheerst door het recht van de lidstaat op het grondgebied waarvan de onroerende zaak is gelegen.
