Articles 213p up to and including 213r do not preclude the institution of a claim for the nullity, annulment or unenforceability of a juridical act on account of the prejudice to the creditors as a whole which is the result of that juridical act.
De artikelen 213p tot en met 213r staan er niet aan in de weg dat een vordering wordt ingesteld tot nietigheid, vernietiging of het niet kunnen worden tegengeworpen van een rechtshandeling wegens de benadeling van het geheel van schuldeisers welke van die rechtshandeling het gevolg is.
