Notwithstanding Article 67:
An appeal against a decision of the supervisory judge by which permission to make an interim distribution is granted or refused, or by which an order as referred to in Article 213mf is given, may be lodged by the interested party whose claim is concerned, the bankruptcy trustee and De Nederlandsche Bank N.V.
the court decides after hearing or proper summoning of the interested party, the curator and De Nederlandsche Bank N.V.; and
the order is rendered by the court in the highest instance.
In afwijking van artikel 67:
kan beroep tegen een beschikking van de rechter-commissaris waarbij toestemming voor het doen van een tussentijdse uitkering wordt gegeven of geweigerd of waarbij een bevel als bedoeld in artikel 213mf wordt gegeven worden ingesteld door de belanghebbende wiens vordering het betreft, de curator en De Nederlandsche Bank N.V..
beslist de rechtbank na verhoor of behoorlijke oproeping van de belanghebbende, de curator en De Nederlandsche Bank N.V.; en
wordt de beschikking door de rechtbank in hoogste ressort gewezen.
