Insofar as the estate has a claim against a creditor because the latter has received more in interim distributions than the amount for which his claim is verified, this claim is nil, unless a creditor has received more in interim distributions than the amount for which his claim is verified because he is not in good faith.

Voor zover de boedel een vordering heeft op een schuldeiser omdat deze aan tussentijdse uitkeringen meer heeft ontvangen dan het bedrag waarvoor zijn vordering wordt geverifieerd, is deze vordering nihil, tenzij een schuldeiser meer aan tussentijdse uitkeringen heeft ontvangen dan het bedrag waarvoor zijn vordering wordt geverifieerd doordat hij niet te goeder trouw is.
