The curator makes the interim distributions for which the supervisory judge has granted permission.
Notwithstanding paragraph 1, if, up to the declaration of bankruptcy, one or more periodic payments have been made on claims referred to in Article 213ma, paragraph 1, opening words and points (a) to (d) inclusive, the bankruptcy trustee shall, without the permission of the supervisory judge, make interim payments until the supervisory judge has decided on a petition for permission that is made during the first ninety days after the day of the declaration of bankruptcy, per period for the same amount as the amount that the creditor received in a corresponding period prior to the declaration of bankruptcy.
De curator doet de tussentijdse uitkeringen waarvoor de rechter-commissaris toestemming heeft gegeven.
In afwijking van het eerste lid doet de curator, indien tot aan de faillietverklaring op vorderingen, bedoeld in artikel 213ma, eerste lid, aanhef en onderdeel a tot en met d, een of meer periodieke uitkeringen zijn gedaan, zonder toestemming van de rechter-commissaris tussentijdse uitkeringen totdat de rechter-commissaris heeft beslist op een verzoek om toestemming dat is gedaan gedurende de eerste negentig dagen na de dag van de faillietverklaring, per periode voor hetzelfde bedrag als het bedrag dat de schuldeiser voorafgaand aan de faillietverklaring in eenzelfde periode ontving.
