As soon as the transfer of rights and obligations has taken place, the curator shall announce the transfer and, in the event the agreement has been amended, the amendments, by publication in the Government Gazette and in at least three daily newspapers, which may have been designated by the court.
The transfer and the amendments shall become effective with respect to all interested parties other than the insurer and the third party as of the second day following that of the date of the Government Gazette in which the notice is published.
De Nederlandsche Bank N.V. shall communicate the transfer and the amendments to the supervisory authorities where a branch of the insurer is situated or to which it provides services from its establishments in Member States.
Zodra de overgang van rechten en verplichtingen heeft plaatsgevonden, maakt de curator de overgang en, ingeval de overeenkomst is gewijzigd, de wijzigingen bekend door plaatsing in de Staatscourant en in ten minste drie dagbladen, die door de rechtbank kunnen zijn aangewezen.
De overgang en de wijzigingen worden ten aanzien van alle andere belanghebbenden dan de verzekeraar en de derde van kracht met ingang van de tweede dag, volgende op die van de dagtekening van de Staatscourant waarin de bekendmaking is geplaatst.
De Nederlandsche Bank N.V. deelt de overgang en de wijzigingen mede aan de toezichthoudende instanties waar een bijkantoor van de verzekeraar is gelegen of waarnaar hij diensten verricht vanuit zijn vestigingen in lidstaten.
