The declaration of bankruptcy of a bank that has issued a covered bond as referred to in Article 1, point 1, of the covered bonds directive does not result in a modification of the rights of the holder of a covered bond against a third party in connection with that covered bond.

De faillietverklaring van een bank die een gedekte obligatie als bedoeld in artikel 1, onderdeel 1, van de richtlijn gedekte obligaties heeft uitgegeven, leidt niet tot wijziging van de rechten van de houder van een gedekte obligatie jegens een derde in verband met die gedekte obligatie.
