Notwithstanding Article 52, paragraph 2, payment after the publication of the declaration of bankruptcy of a bank which is not a natural person discharges vis-à-vis the estate if the person who made it proves that he was not aware of the declaration of bankruptcy.

In afwijking van artikel 52, tweede lid, bevrijdt voldoening na de bekendmaking van de faillietverklaring van een bank die geen natuurlijk persoon is tegenover de boedel indien degene die haar deed, bewijst dat hij niet bekend was met de faillietverklaring.
