In the event that an insolvency proceeding is opened against a participant, the rights and the obligations which it has arising from or in connection with participation in a system are determined by the law by which that system is governed.
Ingeval een insolventieprocedure wordt geopend tegen een deelnemer, worden de rechten en de verplichtingen die zij uit of in verband met deelname aan een systeem heeft, bepaald door het recht waardoor dat systeem wordt beheerst.
