In derogation from Article 212t, the effects of the liquidation proceedings on a pending legal action concerning an asset over which the bank has lost the management and disposal, are governed exclusively by the law of the Member State where the legal proceedings are pending.
In afwijking van artikel 212t worden de gevolgen van de liquidatieprocedure voor een aanhangige rechtsvordering betreffende een goed waarover de bank het beheer en de beschikking heeft verloren, uitsluitend beheerst door het recht van de lidstaat waar het rechtsgeding aanhangig is.
