After the bankruptcy has ended in accordance with Articles 161 or 193, the debtor or his heirs are entitled to submit a petition for rehabilitation to the court which adjudicated the bankruptcy.
Nadat het faillissement overeenkomstig de artikelen 161 of 193 geëindigd is, is de schuldenaar of zijn zijn erfgenamen bevoegd een verzoek van rehabilitatie in te leveren bij de rechtbank, die het faillissement heeft berecht.
