The debtor or his heirs are inadmissible in this petition, unless evidence is submitted with the petition showing that all acknowledged creditors have been paid to the satisfaction of each of them.
De schuldenaar of zijn erfgenamen zijn tot dit verzoek niet ontvankelijk, tenzij bij het verzoekschrift zij overgelegd het bewijs, waaruit blijkt, dat alle erkende schuldeisers, ten genoegen van elk hunner, zijn voldaan.
