An equal obligation to pay compensation to the estate rests on the person who transfers his claim or his debt in whole or in part to a third party, who is thereby enabled to invoke abroad a set-off not permitted by this Act.

The second paragraph of the preceding article is applicable here.

Gelijke verplichting tot vergoeding jegens de boedel rust op hem die zijn vordering of zijn schuld geheel of gedeeltelijk aan een derde overdraagt, die daardoor in staat wordt gesteld in het buitenland een door deze wet niet toegelaten verrekening in te roepen.

Het tweede lid van het vorige artikel is hier toepasselijk.
