The admission of a claim referred to in paragraph 4 of Article 121 has the force of res judicata against the debtor; the official report of the verification meeting constitutes the enforceable title against the debtor for the claims stated therein as admitted.
De in het vierde lid van artikel 121 bedoelde erkenning ener vordering heeft kracht van gewijsde zaak tegen de schuldenaar; het proces-verbaal der verificatievergadering levert voor de daarin als erkend vermelde vorderingen de voor tenuitvoerlegging vatbare titel op tegen de schuldenaar.
