Article 171

If, during the reopening, the composition has already been fully or partially satisfied towards any creditors, the percentages promised under the composition shall, upon the distribution, be paid in advance to the new creditors and to those among the old creditors who have not yet received satisfaction, and that which is still lacking from the promised amount shall be paid in advance to those who received partial payment.
Whatever then still remains shall be shared equally by all creditors, both old and new.
Indien tijdens de heropening jegens enige schuldeisers reeds geheel of gedeeltelijk aan het akkoord is voldaan, worden bij de verdeling aan de nieuwe schuldeisers en diegene onder de oude, die nog geen voldoening ontvingen, de bij het akkoord toegezegde percenten, en wordt aan hen, die gedeeltelijke betaling ontvingen, hetgeen aan het toegezegde bedrag nog ontbreekt, vooruitbetaald.
In hetgeen alsdan nog overschiet, wordt door alle schuldeisers, zo oude als nieuwe, gelijkelijk gedeeld.
