The preceding article is equally applicable if the estate of the debtor, while the composition has not yet been fully complied with by him, is again declared bankrupt.
Het vorige artikel is eveneens toepasselijk, indien de boedel van de schuldenaar, terwijl door hem aan het akkoord nog niet volledig is voldaan, opnieuw in staat van faillissement wordt verklaard.
