After the homologation has acquired the force of res judicata, the bankruptcy trustee is obliged, before the supervisory judge, to render an account to the debtor.
If no other provisions have been made in this respect in the composition, the trustee shall hand over to the debtor, against proper discharge, all property, moneys, books and papers belonging to the estate.
Nadat de homologatie in kracht van gewijsde is gegaan, is de curator verplicht, ten overstaan van de rechter-commissaris rekening en verantwoording aan de schuldenaar te doen.
Indien bij het akkoord geen andere bepalingen deswege zijn gemaakt, geeft de curator aan de schuldenaar tegen behoorlijke kwijting af alle goederen, gelden, boeken en papieren tot de boedel behorende.
