In the event of an incompletely filled out standard form as referred to in Article 55 of the regulation mentioned in Article 5, paragraph 3, the creditor shall be given the opportunity by the trustee to supplement the standard form.
Indien sprake is van een onvolledig ingevuld standaardformulier als bedoeld in artikel 55 van de in artikel 5, derde lid, genoemde verordening, wordt de schuldeiser door de curator in de gelegenheid gesteld het standaardformulier aan te vullen.
