The bankruptcy trustee verifies the submitted statements of account against the records and statements of the bankrupt, enters into consultation with the creditor if he objects to the admission of a claim, and is authorized to demand from the latter the production of missing documents as well as inspection of his records and of the original supporting documents.
De curator toetst de ingezonden rekeningen aan de administratie en opgaven van de gefailleerde, treedt, als hij tegen de toelating ener vordering bezwaar heeft, met de schuldeiser in overleg, en is bevoegd van deze overlegging van ontbrekende stukken alsook inzage van zijn administratie en van de oorspronkelijke bewijsstukken te vorderen.
