The curator keeps all moneys, jewelry, securities and other papers of value under his immediate custody, unless another manner of custody is determined by the supervisory judge.
Cash funds, which are not required for the administration, shall be invested by the curator in the name of the estate in the manner to be approved by the supervisory judge.
De curator houdt alle gelden, kleinodiën, effecten en andere papieren van waarde onder zijn onmiddellijke bewaring, tenzij door de rechter-commissaris een andere wijze van bewaring wordt bepaald.
Gerede gelden, die voor het beheer niet nodig zijn, worden door de curator belegd ten name van de boedel op de wijze door de rechter-commissaris goed te keuren.
