The lessor is obliged, before proceeding to a public sale of the leased property, except in the case of a sale in execution, to give notice thereof to the lessee at least one month prior to the sale by writ or registered letter.
De verpachter is verplicht om, alvorens tot openbare verkoop van het verpachte wordt overgegaan, behoudens in geval van executoriale verkoop, de pachter ten minste een maand voor de verkoop bij exploot of aangetekende brief daarvan kennis te geven.
