Articles 29 and 34 of Book 5 apply to the extent of the leased property situated along a body of water, unless the lessor is bound by a determination of the boundary in accordance with Articles 30 to 32 inclusive of Book 5.
Op de omvang van het gepachte dat langs een water ligt, zijn de artikelen 29 en 34 van Boek 5 van toepassing, tenzij de verpachter aan een vastlegging van de grens overeenkomstig de artikelen 30 tot en met 32 van Boek 5 is gebonden.
