Over a period during which the annuitant dies, the annuity is only due in proportion to the number of days that he has lived. If the annuity had to be paid in advance, it remains due for the entire term.
Over een periode waarin het lijf overlijdt, is de rente slechts verschuldigd naar evenredigheid van het aantal dagen dat hij heeft geleefd. Indien de rente vooruit moest worden betaald blijft zij over de gehele termijn verschuldigd.
