It is not permitted to deviate from this Section, nor from Article 262 of Book 6 insofar as necessary for the application of Article 768, to the detriment of the client, except by means of a standard regulation as referred to in Article 214 of Book 6.
Van deze afdeling en voor zover voor de toepassing van artikel 768 nodig, van artikel 262 van Boek 6, kan niet ten nadele van de opdrachtgever worden afgeweken, behoudens bij een standaardregeling als bedoeld in artikel 214 van Boek 6.
