The association of owners is a legal person.
Title 1 of Book 2 shall apply, subject to Articles 4, 6, 13 paragraph 2, 17, 18, 19 paragraphs 1 through 3, paragraph 4, second sentence, paragraph 6, second sentence, and paragraph 7, 20, 21 and 22, and with due observance of the deviations indicated in the following articles of the present Title.
Title 2 of Book 2 shall only apply insofar as the present section refers thereto.
De vereniging van eigenaars is een rechtspersoon.
Titel 1 van Boek 2 is van toepassing behoudens de artikelen 4, 6, 13 lid 2, 17, 18, 19 leden 1-3, lid 4, tweede zin, lid 6, tweede zin, en lid 7, 20, 21 en 22 en met inachtneming van de in de volgende artikelen van de onderhavige titel aangegeven afwijkingen.
Titel 2 van Boek 2 is slechts van toepassing voor zover de onderhavige afdeling daarnaar verwijst.
