Whenever the board prescribed by the articles of association is entirely or partially lacking and no provision is made therefor in accordance with the articles of association, the court may, upon the petition of any interested party or the public prosecution service, provide for the filling of the vacancy. In doing so, the court shall observe the articles of association as much as possible.
Telkens wanneer het door de statuten voorgeschreven bestuur geheel of gedeeltelijk ontbreekt en daarin niet overeenkomstig de statuten wordt voorzien, kan de rechtbank, op verzoek van iedere belanghebbende of het openbaar ministerie in de vervulling van de ledige plaats voorzien. De rechtbank neemt daarbij zoveel mogelijk de statuten in acht.
